Great in any machine
Most bags tell you a country. The full story stays at the farm: who grew it, how they processed it, why it tastes the way it does.
Specialty coffee makes the rest feel complicated. Camino writes it all down, in plain language.
Every Camino bag has a QR code. Scan it and you get the farm name, the farmer, the altitude, the harvest date, the processing method. You can verify all of it.
We source the top 5% of beans globally and tell you which lot you're holding.
Each lot runs once. When it's done, the next harvest is a different coffee entirely.
Grown at 1,600 metres in El Salvador's El Trifinio mountains. Finca El Conacaste has replanted over 250 acres of forest since 1997. The shade and altitude shape every cup. Floral up front, chocolate through the middle, citrus at the end.
Finca Castelgazzo sits inside a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in El Salvador at up to 1,780 metres. Mario and La Geña Cristiani planted it in 1995. Their daughters run it now. Pacamara varietal, washed. Floral on the nose, honey warmth through the middle, clean finish.
Same farm as the Pacamara. Finca Castelgazzo, El Salvador, 1,780 metres. Different varietal. The Kenya variety produces a cleaner, brighter cup than most things grown at this altitude. Floral, yellow fruit, syrupy body. Omni roast. Good for espresso and filter.
Answer a few quick questions and we’ll match you with beans you’ll actually enjoy.
Every Camino bean carries a journey that starts with real farmers who’ve been perfecting their craft for generations. We work directly with growers across carefully selected regions, building relationships that celebrate their stories and ensure fair compensation. Our selection rotates seasonally because we follow harvest cycles, meaning you’re always getting the freshest, most vibrant coffee from each origin. Check the product pages to meet the faces behind your cup and see exactly where each coffee comes from.
Great question! Behind every bag of Camino is a story of care, craft, and community. We pay farmers fairly for their exceptional work, roast in small batches to ensure peak flavour, and only source beans that meet specialty coffee standards (think: top 5% of global production). Unlike mass-market coffee that’s pulled from massive commodity piles where origins and quality get lost, every Camino bean is traceable to specific farms and farmers who’ve put their heart into the harvest. You’re not just paying for coffee, you’re investing in ethical sourcing, farmer livelihoods, and a cup that’s been raised, not just grown. The difference? You’ll taste it in every sip, and you’ll feel it knowing your coffee supports real people and real communities.
Absolutely! We’re confident you’ll love your Camino coffee, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered. Just reach out to us within 30 days, and we’ll work with you to resolve the situation, whether that’s finding a different coffee that better suits your taste or another solution that works for you. We’re here to make sure every cup is a story worth sharing, and sometimes that means finding the right match.

Because coffee is seasonal, just like the best produce at a farmers’ market! Coffee harvest cycles vary by region, so when beans are at their freshest and most flavourful, that’s when we bring them to you. It means you’re always tasting coffee at its peak, and it keeps our lineup exciting and full of new stories to discover. Think of it as a coffee adventure; each season brings new origins, new flavours, and new farmers to celebrate. You’ll never get bored, and your taste buds will thank you
You absolutely will! Our coffee is designed to taste amazing no matter what you’re brewing with. Whether it’s a fully automatic machine like a Jura, a traditional piston espresso machine, or anything in between. We roast our beans to bring out balanced, vibrant flavours that shine through in any setup, so you don’t need to be a barista to get café-quality results at home. Just use fresh beans, follow your machine’s guidelines, and you’re good to go. Great coffee shouldn’t be complicated!
